Salted mackerel with garlic in the freezer

A wonderful fish appetizer, which is prepared in a very original way and has a long shelf life. The essence of the recipe is that the mackerel fillet with spices and garlic is frozen in the freezer.

Wash the mackerel, make two cuts along the ridge along the entire length of the carcass.

Cut off the head and tail, remove the ridge, unfold the carcass.

Rinse the carcass again and pat dry with paper towels.

Combine the paprika, salt, pepper, mustard and bay leaf. Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices.
