Mackerel is an affordable budget fish that always turns out tasty and stick-free on the grill. The most important thing is to buy high-quality mackerel, with dense fatty pulp and glossy skin. We offer to bake it on the grill in foil - it will turn out juicy and fragrant.

We clean the mackerel of entrails, tails and fins. Cut off the head. We wash the carcasses with running water and dry them with paper towels outside and inside.

Peel the onions, wash, dry and cut into thin semicircles.

Rinse the parsley and dill and dry on a towel. Finely chop the greens with a knife.

Put the softened butter in a bowl, add salt.

Peel the garlic, wash and dry. We rub the teeth on a grater or pass through a press. Add the garlic mass to the butter.
