Appetizing sweet tomatoes with mustard spice are an excellent choice for harvesting for the winter season. Marinating tomatoes in this way is not difficult at all, and the process is quite quick. If you love to feast on mouth-watering tomatoes and have not tried marinating them with mustard yet, then it's time to cook a couple of these jars this season.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
It is best to prepare all the ingredients before you start cooking. The tomatoes must be rinsed and dried, and all other ingredients must be measured. Rinse and sterilize the jars in the usual way.
step 2 out of 7
Place peeled garlic cloves and parsley on the bottom of two sterile half-liter jars. Instead of parsley, you can use celery greens - if you prefer it.
step 3 out of 7
Place the tomatoes tightly in the jars so that they fill the entire cavity of the jar, but do not burst. Place a pot of water on the stove.
step 4 out of 7
When the water boils, pour it into the tomato jars and cover the jars with sterile lids. About ten minutes you need to give the tomatoes so that they are infused.
step 5 out of 7
The water from the cans should be drained back into the pan when the allotted time has passed. Next, you need to prepare a brine from this water. To do this, dissolve salt in a saucepan with liquid, and add pepper. The brine needs to be boiled for a couple of minutes.
step 6 out of 7
Pour mustard seeds into cans of tomatoes, you can add bay leaves - it will not hurt.
step 7 out of 7
Then pour the boiling marinade into the jars of tomatoes and mustard seeds, and then add a spoonful of vinegar to each of them. Screw the jars with sterile screw caps or roll them up and let them cool completely in the "fur coat" - about two days. Then store the workpiece in the usual place.
