For a sweet cake with currants, a light, porous dough is kneaded. Its sweetness goes well with the pleasant sourness of the currant. Knead the dough with sour cream, but not very greasy and with the addition of baking powder. In this recipe, you are encouraged to sprinkle with crumbs. Put sour cream in a bowl for kneading dough, add sugar, vanillin and baking powder to it, break two chicken eggs and beat well with a mixer. Then add flour sifted on a sieve to this liquid mass and knead the dough with a mixer until the texture is homogeneous and without lumps. It should be thick enough.
