Strawberries are the perfect berry for desserts, be it creamy compositions, jelly textures or pastries. We offer an uncomplicated recipe for a biscuit cake with strawberries. Its simplicity will appeal to those who do not like long fuss in the kitchen, but appreciate the warmth of homemade pies. The dryish sweet biscuit crumb is softened by juicy berries with a delicate sourness - the cake turns out to be balanced both in texture and taste.

We immediately cover the cake pan with parchment, grease it with butter on top. It is very convenient to use a split form.

Break the eggs into a bowl, add granulated sugar and beat everything together with a mixer until a fluffy light foam is obtained.

Melt the butter on the stove or in the microwave to a liquid state and pour into the egg-sugar mixture, stir. We introduce a baking powder, mix.
