Sweet pilaf is not among the traditional dishes and rather belongs to the category of culinary experiments, but for a lean table and dietary food it will be an excellent dish. Cooking pilaf with dried apricots and raisins, in broth and in a cauldron.

Rinse the right amount of rice with cold water several times. Place the washed rice in an even layer on top of the fried ingredients. Then sprinkle the rice with salt, cinnamon and saffron. Place the washed raisins evenly on the rice. Then pour the broth into the cauldron. Close the cauldron with a lid and simmer the pilaf over low heat until the rice absorbs the broth completely.
