Ingredients
Cooking process
We wash the compote jar with baking soda, rinse thoroughly with water and set it to sterilize over steam. We put a sieve on a saucepan with boiling water, place the jar on a sieve and sterilize for 7-8 minutes. Then we remove the jar with the help of clamps and leave it on the stand for 10-15 minutes so that it cools down a little. Put prepared plums in a jar, add sugar.
Pour the present syrup back into the pan, putting a nozzle with holes on the jar. Bring it to a boil and pour it back into the jar. We seal the jar with the compote with a boiled lid, turn it upside down, cover it with a terry towel and leave it to cool completely at room temperature. Then we put it away for storage in a dark, cool place.
