A filling of raspberries mixed with sugar and starch is laid on a rolled layer of puff pastry. Everything is covered with another piece of dough, smeared with yolk, sprinkled with sesame seeds and baked in the oven. It is a very easy pie to make, but it turns out to be delicious.

Before starting cooking, take out the puff pastry from the freezer and let it defrost at room temperature. Next, we roll it into 2 layers. Grease the baking dish with a small amount of vegetable oil and distribute one of the layers over the shape. We sort out the raspberries, rinse them under running water and dry them on a paper towel.

We shift the berries into a separate container, add granulated sugar, starch to it and mix everything well. Immediately spread the filling on a puff pastry base.
