The pie is prepared with any dough and, more simply, frozen in a puff. On yeast, baking will be lush, and on yeast-free, it will be crisper.

Prepare freshly picked strawberries for baking first. Remove sepals and all small debris from her. Berries picked from the forest can be quite contaminated, so soak them in cold water, then rinse well and pat dry with a towel.
