Several years ago I discovered an interesting and unusually tasty recipe for a puff salad made with chicken, pineapple, cheese and egg. The appetizer turns out to be hearty, juicy and tender. An excellent option for a festive feast.

Wash the chicken fillet, put in a saucepan and cover with water, salt. Put on fire and bring to a boil, remove foam. Reduce heat and cook for 20 minutes. Cool the cooked meat and cut into medium cubes. Prepare the dish on which you will collect the salad. Lay out the chicken fillet.
