Puff salad with chicken, cucumber, prunes and walnuts

Not so long ago I made a discovery for myself - a recipe for an unusually tasty puff salad cooked with chicken, cucumber, prunes and walnuts. The salad turns out to be tender, juicy with an ideal flavor combination. Cook and you will have an unforgettable pleasure.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Wash the chicken fillet and boil in salted water. Remove the cooked meat from the broth, cut into small pieces. Place on the dish where you will collect the salad. Salt a little and brush the layer with mayonnaise. You can also use smoked or baked fillets.
step 2 out of 8
Wash the cucumbers well, dry, cut the tails and cut into strips, put on top of the chicken meat.
step 3 out of 8
Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle on top of the cucumber layer. Brush with mayonnaise.
step 4 out of 8
Spread evenly.
step 5 out of 8
Wash the prunes thoroughly, dry with paper towels, cut into several pieces and lay out in the next layer, evenly spreading over the entire surface. Sort the walnuts from the shell and partitions, and then chop with a knife and sprinkle on the salad.
step 6 out of 8
Wash the apples well, peel and core, cut into cubes and lay out in the next layer.
step 7 out of 8
Boil chicken eggs in salted water, cool, peel, grate, put in the next layer. Sprinkle with pine nuts.
step 8 out of 8
Cut out the tangerine rind and place on top of the salad. Garnish with parsley, corn and olives. Serve a festive puff salad with chicken, cucumber, prunes and walnuts.

Bon Appetit!
