Sour cream for chocolate biscuit

For chocolate lovers and all other sweet tooths, I recommend preparing a cream based on sour cream to soak a chocolate biscuit. The prepared cream according to this recipe can be used not only for impregnation and layer of cakes, but also for decorating other desserts.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
First of all, take the required amount of all ingredients of good quality and high fat content. Put the required amount of chilled sour cream in a deep container.
step 2 out of 5
Then add room temperature butter, good quality cocoa powder, and granulated sugar or powdered sugar to it.
step 3 out of 5
Put the container with the contents on the fire and, stirring constantly with a silicone spatula, bring the mass to a homogeneous state.
step 4 out of 5
Transfer the finished cream to a container and cool completely at room temperature. Then tighten the container with cling film and place in the refrigerator to stabilize and cool the cream for about 30 minutes.
step 5 out of 5
Use the chilled cream based on sour cream as intended - for a layer of your favorite sponge cake or for decoration, for example, muffins. The cream will cool and thicken well, will keep its shape and therefore can be used to decorate cupcakes without fear that the cream will lose its shape.

Bon Appetit!
