Sour cream cake with fruit

I propose to prepare an interesting and not quite ordinary cream based on sour cream and fruits, which can be used to saturate a cake or decorate any other homemade cakes. My mom shared the recipe for this cream with me. I was shocked by the flavor combination of the ingredients. This time I used peaches.

Wash the peaches thoroughly and then dry, cut into small pieces, after removing the seeds. Instead of peaches, you can use any other fruit of your choice. Put the peaches in a deep container with a thick bottom.

Then add the required amount of granulated sugar and vanilla sugar.

Then add thick fat sour cream of good quality and mix thoroughly until smooth.

Place the saucepan over medium heat and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil.

Then boil the mixture for about 5 minutes.

Using a hand blender, blend the mixture until smooth. Cool the cream completely at room temperature.

Then place in a container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. A well cooled cream will thicken and stabilize. Use the finished cream as directed.
