Put sour cream of good quality and high fat content in a deep container, add the required amount of granulated sugar or powdered sugar, adjust the amount of powdered sugar depending on your own taste preferences. Using a mixer, beat the sour cream until a fluffy thick consistency, gradually increasing the speed of the mixer.

Then pour the dissolved gelatin into the resulting mass in a thin stream, continuing to beat with a mixer at medium speed, gradually increasing the speed.
