If you want to drink a warming drink on autumn and winter evenings, then summer is the time for refreshing and delicious smoothies. And which smoothie can cool better than ice cream? Only the current to which the frozen banana and ice cubes are added.

Prepare ripe sweet bananas for whipping. To do this, wash them, peel them, cut them and put them in the freezer for 30 minutes. Frozen banana will provide a viscous and thick consistency for the future smoothie, because it is even used to make homemade and very tasty ice cream. Then wash and sort through the strawberries, removing the tails.
Pour milk into a blender bowl and add ice cream. This recipe uses classic vanilla ice cream, but you can experiment and try smoothies with different ice cream flavors. Chocolate and pistachio are perfect for this. Add honey to taste if desired if you are lacking in the sweetness of banana and ice cream.
