Strawberry Banana Orange Smoothie

A large number of people cannot eat dairy products, but they are very fond of such healthy drinks as smoothies, which are often prepared with milk or kefir. An alternative is an orange smoothie to help balance the consistency and flavor of the drink.

Prepare all ingredients for mixing. Wash the apple, banana and oranges.

Next, peel the apple, remove the stalk and seeds from it. Cut into random pieces.

Peel the banana and chop randomly. Rub the zest of two oranges. There is a special grater for the zest, but if you do not have one, you can remove the zest with a vegetable peeler and chop finely. Squeeze out the juice of two oranges. To squeeze more juice out of the oranges, roll them over the tabletop, pressing down hard. This method is suitable for physically strong people. If you do not have great physical strength, then simply heat the oranges in the microwave for about 30-40 minutes. Next, tackle the strawberries. If you are using fresh berries, then be sure to rinse it and free it from the stalks. If frozen, just remove it from the freezer.
