Strawberry banana kefir smoothie is a great summer soft drink. In addition, it perfectly satisfies hunger and is an alternative to store-bought drinking yoghurts containing stabilizers and preservatives. Ten minutes for everything and you have a delicious and healthy smoothie ready.

Pour kefir into the blender bowl. It is better to use kefir with a low fat content of up to 1.5, but not fat-free. Zero fat is more of a marketing ploy than an advantage of such a product. Kefir is very useful for digestion due to the presence of lactic acid bacteria in it. However, be careful with the use of kefir if you have an ulcer, gastritis, or high acidity.
