Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
First of all, you need to freeze bananas by placing them in the freezer for 40-50 minutes. You can place them either whole or after washing, peeling and cutting into 3-4 pieces. Thanks to the frozen banana, the smoothie will have a thick and seemingly stretchy consistency.
step 2 out of 5
Rinse fresh strawberries thoroughly so that no dirt and sand remains on them. Remove the stalks. If you are using frozen strawberries, simply remove them from the freezer 10-15 minutes before making the smoothie.
step 3 out of 5
To add sweetness to smoothies, use dates, which are very valuable in terms of fiber, vitamins, trace elements and amino acids dried fruits. For example, ten dates contain the daily requirement of such valuable trace elements as copper and iron. Before placing the dates in the blender bowl, they should be thoroughly rinsed, pitted and, if possible, peeled.
step 4 out of 5
Homemade yogurt is ideal for making smoothies, but if you do not have the opportunity to prepare this fermented milk product at home, then just buy quality yogurt without additives at the store. Place it in a blender with chilled banana, strawberries and dates. Whisk the ingredients until smooth.
step 5 out of 5
Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately as it tastes especially good when cold.
Bon Appetit!
