Smoothie, like a thick cocktail based on fresh berries, fruits and milk, contains many vitamins and nutrients, so it is prepared not only to quench thirst, but also as a light afternoon snack, dinner or addition to breakfast. Banana gives the drink a sweetness and thick texture, so no sugar is needed. The number of ingredients can be changed to your liking, you can experiment. The drink is drunk cold and is therefore prepared from chilled or partially frozen foods. Smoothies are prepared only with a blender.

We choose good ripe berries for this drink. Rinse the strawberries with cold water and remove the sepals.

Peel the banana and cut into rings.

In a blender bowl or in a large glass (there is no fundamental difference) we shift the prepared strawberries and banana pieces.

Grind them for 20-30 seconds either in a bowl or with an immersion blender and until smooth.

Then pour a glass of cold milk and stir for a few more seconds.
