Pour milk into a blender bowl with chopped strawberries and black currants. Stir with a couple of pulses with a blender. Then add sugar and beat smoothie for about 2 minutes. Since black currant is quite sour berry, sugar in the smoothie will not be superfluous. If you absolutely do not accept sugar in such drinks, then you can replace it with sweetener, honey or Jerusalem artichoke syrup.
