Smoothie is a delicious drink that children love very much. Indeed, it can rival many desserts in taste. We suggest you make a smoothie based on ice cream, strawberries and banana. It is great for a snack on a hot summer day, for both children and adults.

Wash the blender bowl after making the strawberry smoothie layer. Place ice cream, chopped banana into random pieces and then pour in milk (50 ml). Whisk the ingredients in a blender for 1-2 minutes. The ice cream smoothie and banana layer should be thicker and more stringy than the strawberry layer.
Gently pour the white layer of banana ice cream smoothie into glasses. Use a spoon to keep the layers from mixing. Place it directly over the strawberry layer and slowly pour the banana ice cream smoothie over it. Garnish with chia seeds and serve. It is convenient both to drink it through a straw and to eat it with a spoon.
