Strawberry spinach smoothie

Spinach improves digestion, increases the elasticity of blood vessels, lowers blood pressure, increases the level of hemoglobin in the blood, strengthens bones and soothes the nervous system.

Prepare a strawberry smoothie layer. To do this, sort and wash the strawberries. Let it dry and cut into pieces. Wash the banana, peel it and cut it into random pieces. Soak the flax seeds in a little water, which will be useful to us a little later.
