Blueberry and raspberry smoothie

Smoothie, as a smooth and thick drink based on crushed fruits, is different from a milkshake, which is made with milk with the addition of berries and fruits. Although they are almost the same in composition, more fruit is added to the smoothie, so this drink is equated with a light meal. In this recipe, you are invited to cook it with blueberries and raspberries, with the addition of fermented baked milk and serve beautifully as a three-layer cocktail.

The first step is to prepare, in the right amount, all the indicated ingredients for making a smoothie, calculated for the required number of servings. Rinse the berries and remove excess moisture with a napkin. Pour half a glass of cold fermented baked milk into the blender bowl, add a little sugar and transfer the prepared raspberries.

Grind raspberries and fermented baked milk at full speed for 1 minute and pour into a nice smoothie serving glass.
