This recipe asks you to make a soy sauce marinade with mustard and honey. The marinade sugars quickly form a crust on the pieces of meat when fried, which makes the shish kebab very juicy. You don't need to add spices to such a kebab. Try it!

First, prepare the marinade for the turkey skewers. Put the amount of honey indicated in the recipe (you can add it to taste) and table mustard in a separate bowl, add salt and stir. Then pour in the soy sauce, stir again and leave the marinade to infuse for 10 minutes.

Wash the turkey thigh fillet with cold water, pat dry with napkins and cut into even and equal pieces at least 5 cm in size, otherwise the small pieces will dry out quickly. Then transfer the turkey to marinate in a deep and glass dish, but not metal.
