Apples are grated, and the resulting mass is squeezed through cheesecloth. The juice is poured into sterilized jars and rolled up. It turns out a very tasty and healthy drink.

To begin with, we sort out the ranetki and select whole fruits without damage. Then we rinse them under running water and dry them on a paper towel. Cut in half, cut out the seeds and remove the tail.

We take the dishes into which the juice will drain and cover it with gauze folded in several layers. Place a grater on top and rub our apples. You can also do this step with a powerful blender.

Now we squeeze the resulting puree to get juice. To prevent it from darkening, you can add lemon juice to it. Pour in granulated sugar to taste and stir until it is completely dissolved.

We sterilize the jars in which everything will be stored, and pour the juice there. From 2 kg. apples we got 1 liter. drink. We roll up everything with sterilized lids and send it to storage in a dark, cool place.
