A very simple and delicious recipe for natural apple juice, in the preparation of which a juicer will help us. It is best to preserve juice in the warm summer months, because it is then that the amount of fruit goes through the roof, and the drink turns out to be very affordable, and most importantly - useful.

Rinse the fruits thoroughly under running water or in a tank of a suitable size, remove the stalks and cut them into two parts (if the fruits are large), if your ranetka is small, leave it whole.

Gradually put the fruits in the juicer bowl.

Close a saucepan of a suitable size with double gauze on top and carefully pour in the juice (the gauze serves as a filter). It is recommended not to use metal cookware, as this may negatively affect the taste.

Put the purified juice on the stove over low heat and start cooking. Boiling at this stage is not necessary, we heat the liquid to 90-95 degrees, constantly removing dense foam with a slotted spoon.

After 20-25 minutes, you should get a clean drink with a rich amber color.

Pour hot juice into previously sterilized jars and roll up using a special machine. To check the tightness, turn it upside down, and cover it with a towel for gradual cooling. After a day, we put it in a storage place. Enjoy!
