Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
To begin with, we sort out the apples and select ripe fruits from them without damage. Next, rinse them thoroughly under running water and dry them with a paper towel.
step 2 out of 5
We pass apples through a juicer. A large amount of foam and sludge should form in the process. To get rid of them, put a colander on a suitable container and cover it with a thick cloth. We filter the juice in this way, and then squeeze the fabric with our hands.
step 3 out of 5
We pour the squeezed juice over clean cans to make it easier to understand how much juice we get.
step 4 out of 5
Next, pour it into a deep saucepan, add citric acid and send it to the fire. We gradually warm it up and as soon as we notice signs of boiling, we immediately reduce the temperature to the minimum. Remove the resulting foam, mix and cook for 5 minutes.
step 5 out of 5
We pour hot juice into jars, which we pre-sterilize in a convenient way, and roll everything up with sterilized lids. Turn it upside down. we wrap it in a blanket or a blanket and leave it to cool completely or overnight. We send the juice to a cool, dark storage place. We take it out in winter, pour it into glasses and serve it to the table. Bon Appetit!
