Ranetka juice with pulp for the winter

Apples are passed through a juicer, water and granulated sugar are added to the resulting juice. Everything is brought to a boil and cooked for 5 minutes, after which it is bottled and closed with lids.

To begin with, we sort out the apples and select the whole and ripe fruits. Then rinse them thoroughly under running water and dry them with a paper towel.

We remove the tails from the ranetki and pass them through a juicer to make juice. You can do this with your home press.

From the remaining cake, you can make an apple candy or pour it with water and squeeze it again through a juicer.

Let the juice settle for an hour, then pour it into an enamel pan and taste. Add water and granulated sugar to taste. Then we put the pan on the fire, bring the contents to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, removing the resulting foam. We pour hot juice into bottles, previously scalded with boiling water, and close them tightly with lids. We wrap it in a blanket or towel and leave it overnight.
