Wash juicy ripe sweet pumpkin thoroughly in running water, pat dry on a dry towel, then peel it using a vegetable peeler and remove the core with seeds with a tablespoon. Cut the prepared pumpkin into small pieces, and then put in a deep container and fill with water so that it completely covers the pumpkin.
Carefully remove the hot pot with pumpkin juice from the heat, carefully pour it into sterile jars using a ladle. Pour boiling water over the lids or boil in a saucepan. Tighten jars of juice with sterile lids, then turn them upside down and wrap something warm. Leave as it is until it cools completely.
