Wash juicy ripe sweet pumpkin thoroughly in running water, pat dry on a dry towel, then peel it using a vegetable peeler and remove the core with seeds with a tablespoon. Cut the prepared pumpkin into small pieces, and then put in a deep container and fill with water so that it completely covers the pumpkin.

Put the bowl with the pumpkin over low heat and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat to low, cover the container, and cook the pumpkin for about 15-20 minutes. Check readiness with a fork or knife.

Carefully remove the container with the boiled pumpkin from the heat, cool slightly, and then grind the pumpkin with an immersion blender until smooth.

Put the container with chopped pumpkin on a small fire, pour in the lemon juice.
