Pumpkin and carrot juice you will lick your fingers for the winter

Many housewives prepare not only compotes for the winter, but also juices. I want to share an interesting and delicious recipe for pumpkin and carrot juice. The juice is bright and very aromatic. Try to cook and you will be pleasantly surprised by the pleasant flavor combination.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Wash the pumpkin thoroughly in running water, dry it, and then peel it with a vegetable peeler, if possible, or use a sharp knife. For juice, it is best to choose juicy and young sweet pumpkin varieties. Cut the peeled pumpkin into small, medium-sized pieces, and then place in a multicooker bowl.
step 2 out of 6
Wash the carrots thoroughly under cool water, and then peel them with a vegetable peeler. Cut the peeled carrots into small pieces, put in a slow cooker to the pumpkin, and pour 1 liter of cold water so that it completely covers the vegetables.
step 3 out of 6
Close the lid of the multicooker, set the "Stew" program on the device panel, cooking time - 1 hour. Click the "Start" button. After the beep, turn off the device and open the lid. Using a slotted spoon, carefully transfer the vegetable mass to a deep container.
step 4 out of 6
Prepare the jars. Wash them thoroughly in warm water and baking soda and then sterilize in a water bath, microwave or oven. Pour boiling water over the lids or boil. Using a hand blender, grind the vegetable mass until a smooth, uniform consistency is achieved. Add citric acid and vanilla sugar.
step 5 out of 6
Add the required amount of granulated sugar to the chopped vegetable mass and mix well. Adjust the amount of sugar according to your own taste preferences and the natural sweetness of the vegetables. Put the resulting mass in a multicooker bowl, mix and add another half liter of water. Close the lid, set the Brazing program on the panel of the appliance, cooking time - 15 minutes.
step 6 out of 6
Click the "Start" button. After the beep, turn off the device and open the lid. Gently pour hot vegetable juice into clean jars and tighten with sterile lids. Turn the jars upside down and wrap them in a towel. Leave to cool completely. Then store the jars in a dark place. Pour yourself a glass of juice to sample.

Enjoy a healthy drink!
