Many housewives prepare not only compotes for the winter, but also juices. I want to share an interesting and delicious recipe for pumpkin and carrot juice. The juice is bright and very aromatic. Try to cook and you will be pleasantly surprised by the pleasant flavor combination.

Add the required amount of granulated sugar to the chopped vegetable mass and mix well. Adjust the amount of sugar according to your own taste preferences and the natural sweetness of the vegetables. Put the resulting mass in a multicooker bowl, mix and add another half liter of water. Close the lid, set the Brazing program on the panel of the appliance, cooking time - 15 minutes.
Click the "Start" button. After the beep, turn off the device and open the lid. Gently pour hot vegetable juice into clean jars and tighten with sterile lids. Turn the jars upside down and wrap them in a towel. Leave to cool completely. Then store the jars in a dark place. Pour yourself a glass of juice to sample.
