Harvesting juice for the winter is a bit of a troublesome process that involves a lot of manipulation. But, if you have such a wonderful helper as a juicer, this greatly simplifies the whole process. Juice prepared using a juicer does not need to be filtered or sterilized. It turns out transparent, without pulp. It remains to add a little sugar to it, bring to a boil and pour into jars. Everything is easy and simple!

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
We select juicy ripe apples for juicing. We wash them in running water and put them on a kitchen towel so that they dry from the water.
step 2 out of 8
For the juice, we chose a nutmeg sweet pumpkin variety with a rich orange color. We wash the pumpkin in running water, dry it with a towel and cut off the amount we need, Cut the pumpkin into small pieces of arbitrary shape.
step 3 out of 8
Put the chopped pumpkin at the bottom of the colander of the juicer, put the chopped apples on top.
step 4 out of 8
Pour sugar on top of the apples, pour water into the lower compartment of the juicer. We collect all levels of the juicer and put on a high fire so that the water in the lower compartment boils.
step 5 out of 8
Place a saucepan under the drain hose, into which the ready-made juice will drain. The drain hose is not blocked, so the juice will be poured into the pan as it accumulates in the juicer.
step 6 out of 8
We wash the juice cans with baking soda, rinse thoroughly with water and set them to sterilize over steam for 5-7 minutes.
step 7 out of 8
Add sugar to the finished juice, mix and put the pan on fire. Bring the juice to a boil and immediately remove from heat.
step 8 out of 8
Pour hot juice into sterilized jars, seal tightly with boiled lids and turn upside down. We check the tightness and leave to cool completely at room temperature. Then we remove the juice for storage in a dark, cool place.
