Salted pink salmon in oil with onions

Sandwiches with pieces of lightly salted pink salmon fillet are a welcome snack on any table. You can prepare and salt the fish yourself. Since this fish is not fat enough, sunflower oil will be used in salting.

Dissolve salt and sugar in water, add spices and put pink salmon fillets in the brine. Leave the fish for 2-3 hours.

After the allotted time, cut the fillets from the rind and cut them into smaller pieces. Peel the onion, cut it into half rings.
