With great desire I want to share a gorgeous recipe for an unusually tasty salted mackerel cooked in onion skins with tea. The fish cooked according to this recipe is obtained with an ideal combination of flavors, beautiful and bright in a festive way. All fish lovers will like it.

Pour cold water into a saucepan. Then add granulated sugar, salt, black tea, onion husks, peppercorns mixture, cloves, coriander seeds, and bay leaf. Put on fire and bring to a boil. Boil for 5-7 minutes and remove from heat. Cool completely.

Then peel the freshly frozen mackerel from the fins and head, carefully remove the entrails and films. Rinse the prepared mackerel under running water and then pat dry with paper towels.
