I want to share an unusual and very quick snack of salted milk mushrooms with sour cream. Maybe for some, this dish will seem unacceptable. But in order to express any opinion, you must first try. The appetizer is juicy and crispy. Cook and you won't regret it!

Take the required amount of salted milk mushrooms. Rinse them under cold running water and pat dry on paper towels.

Cut the prepared salted milk mushrooms in a convenient way, into triangles or strips. Put the chopped milk mushrooms in a deep container in which you will cook the appetizer.

Peel the garlic and rinse under cold running water. Finely chop the peeled garlic with a sharp knife or pass it through a press, you can also use a fine grater. Put chopped garlic with mushrooms.

Peel the onions and rinse under cold running water. Cut the peeled onions into thin half rings, and then send to the container with the rest of the ingredients.
