Salted butter oil under a nylon cover

Crispy pickled mushrooms will perfectly complement a family meal. The appetizer can be served separately or in combination with other dishes. Treats are prepared under a nylon lid. You will appreciate the simplicity of the process.

Remove the zest from the lemon in advance. We sterilize the jars and put a little of the resulting zest in them.

We sort out the mushrooms, rinse in cold water, and then boil for about 10-15 minutes. Then we rinse them again.

In a separate saucepan, boil two glasses of water, then add salt, sugar and all the spices to it. Cook for 5-7 minutes, and then put the mushrooms in the water. We continue to cook for another 15-20 minutes and remove from heat.

Pour the mushrooms into sterilized jars with lemon zest. We close with nylon lids, wrap with a towel and let the blanks cool. Ready!
