Pickled cucumbers in liter jars

I think that pickling cucumbers in liter jars is the most rational way. Firstly, it does not take up much space in the refrigerator, and secondly, there is no need to put a liter jar in the refrigerator. One has only to open a liter jar, as crispy cucumbers fly away without a trace. The calculation is given for one liter can.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 9
Prepare your cucumbers. Choose small cucumbers, more of them will fit into a liter jar. Wash them thoroughly under running water. Put the cucumbers in a deep container and cover with cold water, leave for 2 hours.
step 2 out of 9
Wash the jars well with detergent. Sterilize clean jars in the oven, microwave or water bath. Put the lids in a small saucepan, cover with water, boil.
step 3 out of 9
Put the kettle and a small pot of water to boil. Peel the young garlic.
step 4 out of 9
Pour boiling water over the leaves and herbs from the kettle. Remove the cucumbers from the water, rinse again under water, dry, cut off the ends.
step 5 out of 9
Put garlic, hot pepper, dill umbrella, leaves at the bottom of a liter sterilized jar. Pour in boiling water from a saucepan and cover. Leave it on for 15 minutes.
step 6 out of 9
Prepare the brine. From one-liter jars, gently drain the water into a saucepan. Bring to a boil, add granulated sugar and coarse salt, stir. Boil.
step 7 out of 9
Put peppercorns in jars. Pour hot brine over the jars using a watering can.
step 8 out of 9
Add vinegar to each jar and cover with lids. Close the cans using a sealer. It is better to choose jars with screw caps.
step 9 out of 9
Turn hot jars upside down, cover and leave to cool completely. Put the cooled cucumber jars in a cool, dark place. And wait for winter to enjoy a delicious snack.

Bon Appetit!
