Honey mushrooms are mushrooms with a rich phosphorus content, everyone loves them and the housewives strive to prepare enough mushrooms every year. There are many different recipes for every occasion and every taste. According to this recipe, honey mushrooms can be prepared without rolling.

Sort the mushrooms, wash, if you wish, you can sort by size and put them in a saucepan. Boil the mushrooms in salted water for 5 minutes to keep them intact.

Throw the mushrooms in a colander, rinse under cold water and let the excess liquid drain.

Prepare small containers for pickling, such as jars or plastic containers. Distribute peeled garlic cloves, bay leaves, fresh dill and a little salt in a bowl in equal amounts.

Put a layer of mushrooms 3 centimeters high on top, salt again, sprinkle with dry dill. Sprinkle the next layers of honey agaric with salt. Fill all containers in this way.

Cover the honey agarics with washed horseradish leaves on top, they are a good antiseptic and will not allow mold to form. Dissolve a tablespoon of salt in a glass of water and pour this mixture over the mushrooms.
