We wash the mushrooms thoroughly, then transfer them to a saucepan with water. Cook for 25 minutes over moderate heat. We remove from the stove and discard the mushrooms in a colander.

Boil two glasses of water separately. After boiling, add salt, sugar, cloves, bay leaves, black peppercorns, vinegar and chopped onions and garlic to the water. We boil for two minutes and remove from the stove.
