In this recipe, you are invited to pickle tomatoes cold and add aspirin to the brine. It will be a good preservative and will give salted tomatoes an unusual and original taste. According to this recipe, tomatoes are not sterilized and are well stored under a nylon lid. For 1 liter of volume, 1 aspirin tablet is enough. You can store such a workpiece in a dark place in the apartment. For pickling, tomatoes with thick skin and dense pulp are needed.

Rinse tomato pickling jars with warm water and baking soda. You do not need to sterilize them. Peel the horseradish root and cut into small pieces. Rinse the dill and herbs. Peel the chives. Put herbs, dill, horseradish and garlic in prepared jars.
