In this recipe, you are invited to pickle tomatoes cold and add aspirin to the brine. It will be a good preservative and will give salted tomatoes an unusual and original taste. According to this recipe, tomatoes are not sterilized and are well stored under a nylon lid. For 1 liter of volume, 1 aspirin tablet is enough. You can store such a workpiece in a dark place in the apartment. For pickling, tomatoes with thick skin and dense pulp are needed.

Pour the prepared brine over the tomatoes, filling the jars so that the brine overflows. Close the jars with clean nylon caps. For safe storage, place each jar in hot water for a few minutes.
