Delicious vigorous tomatoes like in a barrel, you can pickle in ordinary glass jars. When biting through the skin of a well-salted tomato, you can even feel a small "explosion", this effect is caused by the presence of sugar in the brine.

Put washed cherry leaves, dill umbrellas, bay leaves in a dry, clean three-liter jar.

Wash the tomatoes and place them tightly in the jar. Sprinkle in the peppercorns. Peel the garlic, cut the large cloves into several pieces and also put them in a jar.

Sprinkle one tablespoon of dry mustard, salt and sugar on top of the tomatoes.

The next step is to fill the jar with clean cold water to the top. Cover the jar with a lid and shake it well so that the spices are distributed throughout the volume.
