If you don't have a bucket for pickling tomatoes at home, you can use a plastic container for this. The appetizer prepared in a plastic bucket is in no way inferior in taste to the original one. And at the same time, salted tomatoes are prepared quite simply and quickly.

Sort the tomatoes, wash, dry on a kitchen towel. Be sure to pierce each tomato with a toothpick near the stalk so that they don't burst from the boiling water.
