Smaller tomatoes are better suited for quick pickling, as they will quickly become saturated with salt and spices. Place the tomatoes in the brine for a couple of days and the tomatoes will be ready for the intended meal.

Wash and dry tomatoes, hot peppers and herbs. Peel the garlic. Peel hot peppers and chop finely.

Put half of the herbs, garlic and hot pepper, bay leaf and peppercorns on the bottom of the pan.

Dissolve salt and sugar in hot boiled water. Put the rest of the herbs, garlic and pepper on top of the tomatoes. Pour the brine over the tomatoes.

Leave the tomatoes in a cool place for 2-3 days, this time is enough for the tomatoes to acquire a pleasant spicy taste. After pickling for easy storage, you can transfer the tomatoes to a liter jar and pour brine over them.
