Salt honey mushrooms without rolling

Salted mushrooms without rolling are easy to prepare. The mushrooms taste juicy and spicy. The appetizer can be added to salads or served as an addition to hot dishes.

We clean the mushrooms, fill them with water and bring to a boil, after which we cook for another 20 minutes.

We discard the mushrooms in a colander, let the water drain.

Fill honey mushrooms with a liter of cold water. Bring to a boil again.

Add salt, sugar, bay leaves, dill seeds and pepper to the pan with mushrooms. We boil for 15 minutes.

Peel the garlic, cut it into small pieces, add them to the pan along with the vinegar.

Cook honey mushrooms with spices for another 10 minutes, after which we remove the pan from the heat and close it tightly with a towel or parchment paper. Let it cool completely.

After cooling down, salted mushrooms are ready for use. They can also be distributed among banks and sent for storage.
