A vegetable hodgepodge without meat will delight those who fast, and vegetarians, and people on a diet with its taste. In this recipe, you are invited to cook it with mushrooms (in this recipe we use salted mushrooms and fresh oyster mushrooms), although you can take any mushrooms. Salted cucumbers, pickle, olives and lemon remain unchanged ingredients of vegetable hodgepodge.
