Homemade solyanka

Solyanka is usually cooked from meat, fish or mushrooms. For example, if you decide to cook homemade meat hodgepodge, cook meat or chicken broth at the beginning, and then add at least three types of any meat product to the pan. Moreover, the hodgepodge will turn out to be even tastier if any smoked meats are present in it. It is also important that the hodgepodge is both sour and spicy and moderately salty, which is achieved by adding olives, olives, capers, lemon and pickled cucumbers to the soup.
