There are a lot of recipes for cabbage hodgepodge. In addition to cabbage and vegetables, meat, mushrooms or sausages are added to it, and each such dish is delicious in its own way. In this recipe, you are asked to cook it with meat, fry all the ingredients and then bake it in the oven. The dish will diversify your home menu and delight with its taste.

Rinse a piece of any meat (pork, chicken or beef) under running water, dry with a napkin and cut into small pieces.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry pieces of meat in it until light golden brown. At the end of frying, add salt to the meat to your liking.

Chop the peeled onion into quarter rings. Peel the mushrooms (champignons), rinse and cut into pieces. In another skillet, fry the mushrooms and onions until the juice has completely evaporated.

Cut the pickled cucumbers into thin half slices and transfer to the pan to the fried mushrooms.
