Cooking cabbage hodgepodge in a regular skillet or saucepan is quite troublesome, since the cabbage quickly burns. This process is simplified by the multicooker, and its "Stew" program at a temperature of less than 100 ° C makes the dish look like it is in an oven or in a pot. Any cabbage is suitable for hodgepodge, but sausages should be of the highest grade. Frying vegetables and tomato paste make the dish a real hodgepodge, not just stewed cabbage.

Peel and rinse the onion and carrot. Then grind them in any way you like. In a multi-bowl, heat the oil on the Fry program and the default time (10 minutes) and fry the onions and carrots in it for 5 minutes. Do not close the appliance lid when frying.

Peel sausages (smoked tastier) and cut them into circles of medium thickness. Then transfer them to the sautéed vegetables and fry for 5 minutes, remembering to stir with a spatula.

Peel the cabbage from the outer leaves, rinse and chop it into thin strips with a sharp knife or a special vegetable cutter. Then grind the cabbage a little with your hand to reduce in volume, and transfer to a multi-bowl to the fried ingredients.

Add salt and spices to your taste to the hodgepodge and add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and the cloves of garlic chopped in a garlic bowl. Mix everything with a spatula. Re-start the "Fry" program for 15 minutes and sauté the cabbage until it becomes soft.

Then pour a measuring cup of water into the bowl, turn on the "Vegetables" program for 5 minutes or "Stew" for 20 minutes. At the end of the program, remove a sample and, if the cabbage is not yet ready, as it depends on the variety, simmer a little more.
