Cabbage solyanka, despite the simplicity and simplicity of the recipe, is a very tasty and aromatic dish. For greater satiety, the addition of meat products is supposed, however, if you want to cook a vegetarian option, then you can simply skip the step of adding meat.

We prepare products for making hodgepodge. We wash and dry the head of cabbage. Peel and rinse the onions.

Cut the pork into small cubes and fry in a pan in a little vegetable oil. Each piece must be browned until a noticeable crust. We remove the finished meat from the pan and put it in a large saucepan, in which we will cook the hodgepodge.

Cut the onions into thin half rings and fry in a little vegetable oil at medium temperature until browning. Put the fried onions in a saucepan for the meat.

Finely chop the white cabbage, sprinkle with salt, knead with your hands to soften.

We spread the chopped cabbage in a saucepan with the rest of the ingredients, add peppercorns and tomatoes in our own juice. We put bay leaves. Periodically, the hodgepodge needs to be stirred and tasted for readiness. As soon as the cabbage is soft enough, the stove can be turned off.

While the cabbage is stewing, heat the pan with a little vegetable oil. Cut pork and hunting sausages into thin slices and fry them over medium temperature until golden brown. Add the fried sausages to the hodgepodge five to ten minutes until tender, stir and simmer everything together. Let the finished hodgepodge cool slightly and brew. When serving, decorate with herbs if desired. It is delicious to eat both hot and cold.
