What could be better than a hearty aromatic soup at the family table? A classic hodgepodge with olives will feed even the largest company. And the cooking process will only bring you pleasure!

Cooking beef broth. Boil the beef with salt and spices. After cooking, we leave the broth on the stove, and take out the meat and grind it. Here we also cut sausages and ham. We send all meat products to broth, reduce the fire.

Chop the onion and fry it until transparent in a pan with butter. Then add tomato paste here, simmer a little and pour in a glass of brine. Stir and keep on fire for 3-5 minutes, after which we send it to the hodgepodge.
