Solyanka classic in a slow cooker

Solyanka is a hearty rich soup that can be prepared from any meat products with the addition of mushrooms or pickled cucumbers. The taste of the hodgepodge turns out to be rich with sourness inherent in the dish. I propose to cook a classic hodgepodge in a multicooker.

Prepare the necessary products for a fragrant hodgepodge.

Wash the carrots well and peel them with a vegetable peeler. Peel the onions and garlic. Cut the peeled vegetables into small cubes.

Plug in the device. Select the "Fry" mode on the multicooker panel, pour a little water on the bottom of the appliance bowl and close the lid.
